About Lunquor

Lunquor is a space for digital learning materials about meditation, gentle yoga, breathing, and attentive care for the body. Our courses are created for people who want to bring more quiet, calm movement, and clear structure into their day without pressure or loud claims. At the center of Lunquor are simple practices that can be followed in a personal rhythm: short pauses, breathing exercises, gentle movement sequences, meditative notes, and materials for self-observation.

The course author is MauIkhina Polina, a meditation and gentle yoga teacher, and a creator of digital learning materials for calm practice. Her path did not begin with the idea of building a large brand, but with a personal need to find a more attentive way to be with the body and thoughts. At one point in her life, Polina noticed that constant switching between tasks, tiredness after workdays, and the absence of quiet pauses gradually moved a person away from their own state. Meditation and yoga became for her not a way to escape reality, but a way to gently return attention to breathing, body position, and simple daily rituals.

This experience became the beginning of Lunquor. Polina wanted to create a course without a sharp pace, complicated language, or the expectation that everyone should practice in the same way. It was important to her to gather materials so a person could begin with something small: one breathing pause, one short movement, one written note about their current state. Over time, this idea became structured meditation and yoga courses where each module has a gentle opening, a clear practice, and a calm closing.

The mission of Lunquor is to help people study mindful practices through clear, warm, and well-organized materials. We do not make sharp claims and we do not create the feeling that practice should look the same for everyone. Instead, our approach is based on respect for different experience, different schedules, different body states, and different learning rhythms. For us, it matters that the course does not add more noise, but becomes a quiet place to return to.

Polina has more than 5 years of experience in meditation, gentle yoga, and learning materials for independent practice. She has worked with individual learners, small groups, wellness studios, retreat spaces, and workplace wellbeing teams. Her previous work includes leading breathing sessions, creating gentle movement programs, preparing written materials for meditative practices, and shaping learning scripts for online courses.

In her work, Polina pays attention not only to the exercises themselves, but also to how a person enters practice and how they close it. She often works with themes of body support, calm breathing, pauses between movements, gentle alignment, evening relaxation, and short rituals for different parts of the day. Her sessions have been followed by learners with different backgrounds: those meeting meditation for the first time, those who have practiced yoga before, and people with full schedules who need a simple and calm format.

Lunquor combines Polina’s experience with the work of a team that helps shape materials into a comfortable digital format. We work on texts, lesson structure, visual elements, checklists, and practical note pages. Each course is created with the person in mind who opens the material after a long day, in the quiet of the morning, or during a short pause between tasks.

We believe that meditation and yoga do not need to feel like a complex task. They can become a gentle way to listen to yourself. That is why Lunquor creates courses with space for breathing, movement, quiet, and personal rhythm.
